Q. How much does Magical Vacation Planner charge to help with my vacation to Disney, Sandals & Beaches or a Cruise?

A. This is one of the most common questions we hear. Magical Vacation Planner (MVP) is dedicated to providing you with personal service from a dedicated agent to plan the perfect vacation for you and your family. We are committed to helping you create magical memories that will last forever. We have partnered with Disney, Sandals & Beaches and Royal Caribbean to provide the best possible vacation planning at NO COST to you. Our experienced planners specialize in searching through promotions and deals to find the right package for your family. Planning your vacation through MVP will not cost any more than if you booked it yourself, and most often we can save you money. Magical Vacation Planner has no hidden fees or charges and you will receive outstanding, personal service.

Q. Why not just book directly with Disney, Sandals & Beaches or Royal Caribbean?

A. Our top priority is to provide you with the best, personal service to plan your vacation at the best available price. Our expert planners have spent hundreds of hours learning through the Disney College of Knowledge Course, onsite training at each Disney Park and attraction, and by taking their own personal Disney family vacations. We specialize in everything Disney so we know all of the tricks and trades to planning your best magical vacation. Our agents also receive remote and onsite training for Sandals & Beaches. Booking through MVP allows you to speak with the same Disney vacation planner every time you have a question or concern. You can directly book a similar or same package with Disney but you will talk to a different agent every time you call with a question. Once you call our agency, you will be assigned your own personal Magical Vacation Planner. This is the person you will be talking to about your vacation, every time. Disney agents work for Disney, but “We Work For You!”

Q. How well do your agents really know Disney vacations?

A. Our agents know Disney because they have traveled there with their families. They have flown to Orlando International Airport, taken the Magical Express, and purchased the Magic your Way packages with the Dining Plans. Our agents have personally used My Disney Experience and FastPass+, which will be valuable to you as you navigate that part of the planning. Our expertise in Disney Knowledge is from experience. All of our agents have a huge love for Disney; we do this because we love helping people get the best vacation possible. Instead of you spending many, many stress-filled hours navigating websites and researching choices, let us take all of that stress and hassle away by making sure you have the best plans, the best price, the best dining reservations and the best time at Disney.

Q. What if I receive a discount directly from Disney?

A. Sometimes our guests will receive a discount PIN code directly from Disney. All you need to do is contact the main office or your personal Magical Vacation Planner and we’ll apply the code directly to your new or existing reservation.

Q. How will my payments be made on my vacation?

A. When you book with Magical Vacation Planner, you’re booking with an agency that has a direct relationship with the Disney Travel Company. Our agents will handle your deposit and payments in the most secure way possible, by using your credit card or debit card directly with the Disney Travel Company. The name appearing on your credit/debit card statement will be the Disney Travel Company so that you’ll know your payment is secure.

Q. Is my money/payment secure and safe?

A. All of your payments will be held directly with Disney so that your investment is secure. You will receive receipts by email for all deposits and payments. Credit card or debit card are the only forms of payment accepted so that your money is safeguarded and protected. No cash or check will be requested of you, ever, by our agents. **The only exception to this rule is if you prefer cash payment and make the payment in our main office located in Mitchell, Indiana so that they cash exchange can be properly and securely receipted. No other agent or location will ever accept cash or check.

Q. Are you a store front Travel Agency?

A. Yes, our main office is located at 242 State Road 60 East, Mitchell IN 47446. We have been at this location since 2006. If you are ever in Southern Indiana, be sure to stop by and say “HI”!

Q. If I book with you can I book my own dining reservations at Disney?

A. Absolutely! Most people prefer for us to arrange their Disney Dining because it saves time. And we will tell you all of the best spots to eat at based on getting to know your family. But you are more than welcome to book your own dining. And if you need help with ideas, we’ll send you personal recommendations.

Q. What accreditations does Magical Vacation Planner hold?

A. We are a fully insured travel agency, certified members of CLIA, IATA, Square Trade, and an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner with the Walt Disney Travel Company.

Q. I already have a reservation. Can you still help me?

A. If you booked directly with Disney we would be happy to help you with your Disney Vacation. We will send you a form to fill out that informs Disney we will be helping you. We will go over your reservation to make sure you are getting the best deal. We will then monitor the price and apply any discounts as they become available.

Q. Can you help me if I booked with another “Authorized Disney Vacation Planner”?

A. As a professional courtesy, we do not transfer reservations from other travel agencies.

Q. What happens if I have to cancel/change my reservation?

A. Magical Vacation Planner does not impose any cancelation fees. Only the specific refund policy of the company your vacation is with will apply. We never charge fees for our services.

Q. What are your office hours?

A. Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5 :00 p.m.(EST), but you can speak to a live specialist after normal business hours from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (EST). If you call after 10 p.m., please leave a message and we will return your call the next business day.
