Seeing Disney for this first time is unlike anything I had ever experienced on a vacation. My first Magical Disney experience was in 2012. I got to witness the magic of Disney with my 5 year old son. There is nothing like seeing the Castle or hearing the whistle of the train. Seeing the look on my sons face meeting Mickey for the first time is something I’ll never forget. My son and I have visited every year since 2012. Every time we go, we experience something new and Magical. In 2016 I surprised my son with a special birthday trip to Disney. We attended the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for his 9th Birthday. The memories of that special trip and the gleam in his eyes was one of the best feelings this Momma ever has ever felt.
I love sharing our pictures and stories with friends and family. Being able to help someone with Disney Magic is one of the most amazing things. By helping another person see the look on their child’s face the first time they see Mickey, or a couple that is getting engaged in front of the castle, or helping plan a special anniversary trip is the most rewarding feeling. The Magical thing about Disney is there is something new to see every time you visit. I still tear up seeing the Castle for the first time and last time.

  • Sarah Elizabeth Woolbert

    Personal Vacation Advisor

Sarah’s Disney addiction began at the age of two when her parents “couldn’t wait any longer” to pack up the car and travel to Walt Disney World so she could experience it for herself. Since then, each visit has felt like returning home. In 2003, Sarah requested a booklet about Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons. A firm believer in Walt’s “If you can dream it, you can do it” quote, she and her hubby proudly earned their wedding ears a decade later after tying the knot in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. That same booklet is on display in their home – along with a few hundred other Disney-themed souvenirs, collectibles and memorabilia.

By day, Sarah doubles as a legal assistant at a law office near her hometown. A teacher by trade, she’s certified in K-12 music education with a master’s degree in classroom technology. Her background in education, research and computers – coupled with her insatiable love of Disney – long ago inspired her to aid friends and family members in booking, planning and choreographing their Disney trips.

While she doesn’t yet have any Mouseketeers of her own, she and her husband can’t wait to experience the magic of the parks with their own children. Having done Disney 25+ times, she is a veteran at navigating WDW both on land and online. She hopes to add that ‘element of fun’ to your planning so you can relax and enjoy all of the magic and memories Disney has to offer.

Areas of Focus: Walt Disney World (resort and dining reservations, transportation, ride recommendations, holiday and special celebrations), Disney for young adults, Disney weddings and honeymoons, Star Wars attractions and events, Disney merchandise and collectibles, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures By Disney, Aulani and Universal Studios.

  • Scott Latta

    Personal Vacation Advisor

My Name is Scott Latta. My wife’s name is Tiffany. I have two daughters, Allie age 10, and Peyton age 7. I fell in love with Disney at the age of 18 when I went on my first trip with my wife and her dad. I have been on several trips since then. Every time I go, it’s like the magic keeps getting better, and better, and it never ends. I loved carrying my kids for the first time. I loved seeing the excitement on my faces when they found out we were going for the first time. I am not sure who had more fun, my wife and I or them. Every time we go, we can’t wait to go back!

I love seeing the expressions when enjoying a dinner with Cinderella, and the step sisters, and the nightly fireworks shows at the parks, and Main Street, who could forget about Main Street, the smells, the shows, and the food. I could talk forever about my experiences at Disney, but my goal is to keep the magic going, and pass along my experiences to the next person. I have a lot tips and tricks to pass along to make every experience a magical one!

    Personal Vacation Advisor

What Shannon loves more than anything is helping others experience the magic of Disney. Her friends and family call her the Disney-whisperer and she takes great pride in providing detailed spreadsheets to help them have a magical adventure.

Shannon has loved Disney for as long as she can remember and can quote lines from any Disney movie and sing all the songs. Beyond the movies and the parks, she has studied the creator, Walt along with his brother Roy and loves to share some of the stories that made these two American Icons.

Shannon has experienced both Disneyland and WDW park with infants, toddlers, teenagers, and grandparents. Her favorite time of the year is Christmas and she and her family have spent the last 5 consecutive Christmases at a Disney Park.

Since Shannon has food allergies, eating is always a challenge. As a result, she always reviews menus thoroughly and makes dining reservations while still trying to include the families “must eats”.

Shannon cannot wait to work with you to create a magical adventure!

I was very fortunate as a child to have grandparents who lived in Florida and a family member who worked for Disney. I grew up going to a different Disney World park every summer. Once I got married I got to enjoy taking my husband for his first trip for our honeymoon. He then fell in love with it almost as much as I have. Last year a big group of my family got together and went to Disney World and had a blast. I loved planning everything out for our group before had and it made the vacation stress free and fun.
I look forward to helping others plan a magical, fun for everyone vacation!

Aside from being a huge fan, Disney is firmly rooted in my family’s history and memories… Visiting Disneyland as a child, engaged at Snow White’s Wishing Well, married at the Disneyland & Grand Californian Hotels, experiencing both the 50th & 60th Disneyland celebrations, bringing our daughter for her first visit at just weeks old, and countless Disney travels… Disney holds a special place in my heart! And I’m now thrilled to use that love of everything Disney, combined with my love of travel and planning, to assist other families in creating magical memories & experiences of their own!

I have been a Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder for over thirteen years, visited the Walt Disney Resort and Disney’s Aulani Resort, sailed on Disney Cruise Lines, honeymooned at Sandals Grand Bahamian, and traveled to various locations domestically and internationally… But Disney’s Castaway Cay island will always be my favorite place on the planet! I love to experience new things, meet new people and cultures, and, honestly, probably my favorite thing to do during travel, is eat! I consider myself an amateur “foodie,” and love interesting and amazing food & beverages! Having a husband and daughter of my own, I am experienced in traveling with children and families; and my background in event coordination, hotel sales, and wedding sales & planning, makes me the perfect person to entrust all of your vacation needs – every little detail, and every wish come true, to make your special trip everything that you dreamed!

  • Stephanie Fowler

    Personal Vacation Advisor

Stephanie grew up in a family that valued traveling and making memories together. Stephanie believes making memories with her family and friends is far more important than material things. For that reason she chooses to vacation with her family often. When she got married, she and her husband took their honeymoon to Walt Disney World. When their daughter was two years old, they introduced her to the magic. Over the years, they have visited Walt Disney World numerous times, experienced Disneyland and California Adventures, and cruised several times with Disney Cruise Lines. Even after numerous Disney trips, all three of them still shriek with excitement when driving by the Welcome sign at Walt Disney World, or when they first see the ship at Port Canaveral. It is difficult to choose a favorite Disney memory when the list includes watching your three year old daughter squeal with delight through an entire afternoon parade on Main Street, riding the classic It’s a Small World in Disneyland, seeing the Fireworks at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom, receiving a birthday surprise from Mickey Mouse, or watching the sunrise over the open ocean from your veranda aboard a Disney cruise.

Stephanie and her family marked off a bucket list item last year when they were able to visit all four theme parks in Walt Disney World in one day. They were at Animal Kingdom to see the sunrise over Pandora, and watched the sunset behind Cinderella’s castle at Magic Kingdom. They walked many miles that day and visited all of their favorite attractions with the help of the FastPass + program. A few months later, Stephanie planned a completely different vacation for her best friend. For this first Disney World vacation, their family wanted more time at the resort and a more leisurely stroll through the parks.

When planning an eight night multi-city tour of Southern California, Stephanie spent hours searching for the perfect destinations, hotels, tours, and attractions to please everyone in her family. Planning ahead and looking at all of the options is just as fun as the vacation. Stephanie wants to have all of the advanced planning done so that when she puts the suitcase in the car, there will be no more worries. She and her family have also experienced the exhilaration of packing the car and starting an unplanned vacation with only a map and some travel apps.

Regardless of which type of vacation suits you, Stephanie can help you make the perfect plan.
With her attention to detail, Stephanie can put together a memorable vacation. Whatever the occasion, size of group, or vacation style, Stephanie can find the perfect Disney vacation to please everyone in your group.

After that, she and her husband have taken their family twice a year for vacations. Recently, her oldest daughter got engaged at Cinderella’s Royal Table. The love of Disney has carried on to their children as they have grown and they all feel like they are “home” as they walk down Main Street U.S.A. They have enjoyed staying at the different resorts and she knows helpful tips for large families. Each season of life brings different experiences at the parks and the adventure never ends. They have enjoyed trips to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney’s Aulani Resort and Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii, and cruises aboard the Disney Dream and Fantasy.
