From a young age my family & I took vacations. Most of the time we drove, sometimes we would take the train, and of course often by air. I have travelled all across the United States, Hawaii, Alaska, as well as to the Virgin Islands, Grand Cayman, and the Bahamas. Some of my favorite places are; Grand Cayman, St. Thomas, Colorado, Alaska, Canada, Florida, Texas, New York, and New England. My favorite adventures have always been ones where I could go explore the culture of the place that I was visiting. I would go out and talk to the people that called my destination, home. I wanted to eat where they ate, hear what things excited them about their home. By doing this I have learned so much and seen some amazing things. I have loved Disney from a very young age, I don’t remember a time that I didn’t know who Mickey Mouse was. My first time to Disney World was back in 1975, my family and I drove from Texas. We stopped at various places on our way and explored and even picked some delicious Florida oranges at an orange grove along the way. From that time on, I was hooked on Disney World and Disney vacations. I took many trips throughout the years and watched as the other Disney parks opened and evolved into what they are now. I am proud to say, that my husbands first trip to Disney was at the very young age of 30 when we were newlyweds. Needless to say our kids were also raised on Disney and from a young age they were visiting the parks. Nothing is as priceless as your child seeing their favorite Disney character in person for the very first time. In 2014 we discovered Disney cruising. To be completely immersed in Disney while sailing the open ocean, it was heaven, so relaxing, and now we can’t get enough. Alaska was our favorite cruise. Even if you have cruised before, if you haven’t done an Alaska cruise, I promise it will be your new favorite because it is so different from other cruises. I had so much fun planning this trip for my family. It involved 3 different airlines, 3 different hotels in two different cities/countries, 2 trains, and a taxi ride. But it was the trip of a lifetime. I was a flight attendant for a major airline so I was able to see a lot of our nation. I discovered not so well known, but amazing places to sightsee, shop, and eat. I wouldn’t be in most cities for more than 24 hours, but I found you could fit a lot of things into a small amount of time, when you know where to go. Since I have travelled extensively and experienced so much, I love helping my friends, loved ones, neighbors, etc. explore and discover new places. People work hard for their money and it is important to me that they have a great time and come home relaxed with a big smile on their face(s). I can’t wait to help you plan your next vacation/adventure.
